Your personal coach will guide, educate, and support you every step of the way.
You’ll meet online for focused 20-minute sessions every other week, plus receive regular check-ins by text and email as we monitor your workouts, nutrition, and progress.
I’ve been a NASM-certified personal trainer since 2014, with specializations in corrective exercise, weight loss, and posture alignment. I’m also a black belt in Shorin-Ryu karate — discipline and consistency have always been at the core of my life.
But like many men, I once found myself out of shape, stressed, and carrying a gut I didn’t want.
