Through focused online coaching sessions, movement assessments, corrective exercise guidance, and ongoing accountability, we help identify movement patterns and imbalances that may be holding your body back.
You’ll meet online for focused 20-minute sessions every other week, plus receive regular check-ins by text and email as we monitor your movement progress, corrective work, and long-term improvement.
I’ve been a NASM-certified personal trainer since 2014, with specializations in corrective exercise, weight loss, and posture alignment. I’m also a black belt in Shorin-Ryu karate — discipline and consistency have always been part of my life.
But over years of coaching, I noticed something important:
Many adults weren’t just struggling with strength or body composition.
They were struggling with pain.
Tight hips.
Weakness.

Stiffness.
Bodies that slowly drifted away from how they were designed to move.

The average we find to get real life-changing results is 16 weeks, although you should notice marked improvement before then.
That doesn't matter. Your posture has likely taken years to become dysfunctional as your muscles have slowly gotten out of balance. It doesn't matter how long it has been, your body wants to become pain free and will change once you introduce the muscles to new movement patterns.
Not the traditional kind. However, there may be certain exercises that can benefit from either foam blocks or pillows. You can either improvise with items you may already have in your home or we can show you where you can order them from.
There are many highly qualified physical therapists out there, but it is their nature to focus on where you are currently feeling the problem and not your overall body alignment. For example, it tight hips are turning out your knee and as a result have begun developing knee pain, they will provide all kinds of exercises and modalities for the knee. Our training, however, is not to focus on a particular symptom but the overall body alignment and posture, because often where you feel the pain is not the source of the problem.
Absolutely, it's never too late.
You most likely will feel the improvement after the very first session! Having said that, though, each person and their level of dysfunction is different, so it takes different people varying lengths of time.

If after 16 weeks you don’t see measurable progress in strength, energy, and appearance, I’ll extend your coaching at no cost until you do.
While we don't accept insurance, there is a good chance you may be reimbursed from your insurance company if your doctor has written a prescription for exercise therapy. Please check first with your insurance company or physician.
